1Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Not happy with your Constricta? You have 30 days from your order date to send it back for a refund. Return shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund. Once we receive your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

2Faulty or arrived damaged?

That is covered by your 12 month warranty, starting from the date you receive your order, not a change of mind return, and it does not cost you anything. Email admin@rebends.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we will sort a replacement. If we ask you to send the faulty grip back, we cover the return postage.

3Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty or damaged sale items are still covered by the 12 month warranty.

4Exchanges

We do not offer change-of-mind exchanges. If you would like a different color, send back your original item under the 30 day money-back guarantee and place a new order for the color you want.

5Refund not arrived?

If we have confirmed your refund but it has not appeared in your account within 10 business days, please check the following before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again, including pending transactions
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary
  3. If you still cannot find it, email admin@rebends.com with your order number and we will follow up

6How to start a return

Email admin@rebends.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send it to.
